The Latest Learner Results Report

The Latest Learner Results Report uses a bar chart to summarise the latest Scale Scores of a number of selected Learners. Listed below the chart are the Learners, their Scale Scores, their estimated Progression Step, the name of the Assessment that they took to obtain the score shown, the date completed and a link to their Learner Assessment Reports.

The Latest Learner Results Report allows the Educator to see the distribution of achievement across the selected Learners.

The Latest Learner Results Report can be accessed from two areas.

From the Groups tab:

Select the name of the Group.
For the area you wish to report on, select the View Learner Results link in the Latest Learner Results Reports panel on the side menu. This link will only appear if Assessments have been sat by one or more members of this Group.

From the Learners tab

Select the Learners that you wish to include in the report.
For the area you wish to report on, select the View Learner Results link in the Latest Learner Results Reports panel on the side menu.

Filtering results in the Latest Learner Results Report

The Latest Learner Results Report allows you to filter values that it displays after you have generated it. The following filters can be applied:

Gender
Ethnicity
Whether Learners have English as a first language
To show only Learners who actually have an Assessment result.

Note: You can sort the Learners list By Name, Gender, Ethnicity, Total Scale Score, or Progression Step by selecting the up or down arrows next to the column headings.
