Assigning Group Ownership

Group Owners have special privileges in relation to the Group, allowing them to add other Educators to the Group (see Understanding Groups in the Assessment Tool).

To assign an Educator as a Group Owner (note, you cannot assign Restricted Access Educators as owners of a Group):

1. Follow the process of Adding an Educator to a Group or, if you wish to add an Educator who has already been assigned, view the assigned Educators.
2. Select the Educator(s) to whom you wish to assign Group Owner rights.
3. Select Assign as Owner, at the top of the Educator list.

Note: Educators assigned to a Group will be able to see all of the details of Learners assigned to that Group, including Individual Reports.
