The Restricted Access Educator

A special class of Educator exists within the tool. Called a Restricted Access Educator, they are limited in what they can do within the Assessment Tool, in that they cannot create any Assessments or be assigned as a Group Owner. This is to allow Organisation Administrators to create certain Educators whose role does not require them to create Assessments.

To assign or remove Restricted Educator status to an Educator:

1. From the Educator details screen, select the Edit details button.
2. Check the Restricted Access? checkbox to restrict this Educator's access. Uncheck the box to remove the restriction.
