The Assessment Summary Report

The Assessment Summary Report uses a bar chart to summarise the performance of the Learners that completed the Assessment. Listed below the chart are the Learners, their Scale Scores, their estimated Progression Step, the date completed and a link to their Learner Assessment Reports. The Assessment Summary Report allows the Educator to see at a glance the distribution of achievement across the Assessment.

From the Home tab, select Report next to the name of the Assessment under either the Current Online Assessments or Ready to Mark Assessments headings.

Filtering results in the Assessment Summary Report

The Assessment Summary Report allows you to filter values that it displays after you have generated it. The following filters can be applied:

• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Whether Learners have English as a first language

Note: You can sort the Learners list By Name, Gender, Ethnicity, Total Scale Score, or Progression Step by selecting the up or down arrows next to the column headings.
