Viewing the Learner details screen

Each Learner uploaded into the Assessment Tool has an associated Learner details screen. Here you will find:

1. Links to Reports on Assessments that the Learner has taken;
2. Details of Assessments to which they have been assigned;
3. Details of the Groups to which they have been assigned; and
4. In the panel on the right, their:

• Date of birth
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Email Address
• National Student Number
• External Learner Reference
• Whether English is their first language
• Where Learner accounts have been enabled, whether the Learner is registered with this Organisation.

To view the Learner's details:

1. From the Learners tab, select View Details on the right hand side of the Learner's name.
