Who uses the Assessment Tool?

The Assessment Tool is used by primarily by Learners, Educators, and Organisation Administrators. Learners are assigned to take Assessments by Educators (who may be called tutors, instructors, trainers or some other term within their own organisation), or by Organisation Administrators. The Organisation Administrators, aside from being able to create Assessments themselves, are also responsible for a wide range of administration activities, including creating Learners' profiles, creating Educators' profiles, and allocating the rights of Educators within the Assessment Tool to "see" Learners.
