Reinstating Learners that have left the OrganisationWhen a Learner has been enrolled at an Organisation, and subsequently removed, they will be reinstated if they are re-enrolled. Reinstated, in this context, means that they will be reconnected to any Assessment history that exists at that Organisation, but they will only be added to any Groups to which they previously belonged if these Groups were retained when they were removed from the Organisation. You can reinstate a Learner in three ways: 1) Directly from the interface
Learner '<Learner name>' reinstated successfully. This Learner was previously enrolled at this Organisation as '<Learner name>' and has been reconnected to their Assessment history. 2) When creating a new Learner
Learner '<Learner name>' reinstated successfully. This Learner was previously enrolled at this Organisation as '<Learner name>' and has been reconnected to their Assessment history. 3) When creating a Learner using an upload file Create a Learner with the same NSN using a bulk upload file (see Importing Learners and Educators from a file). The Assessment tool will automatically reinstate the Learner and the following message will appear in the upload log displayed after the import is complete. Learners previously enrolled at this Organisation have been reconnected to their Assessment history:
