Resetting the Educator Code

If you suspect that the Educator Code that was sent to an Educator has been compromised in some way, it is possible to reset it so that a new code is generated.

From the Educators tab:

Select View Details on the right hand side of the Educator's name.
Select Reset Educator Code under the Manage Educator Code heading on the right hand side menu.
When this process is completed successfully, a confirmation message will be displayed, and a confirmation email will also be sent.
