Data Engine Extract of Learner(s) most recent Scale Scores

This report will generate a file containing the latest Reading, Writing and Numeracy scale scores available for all selected Learners. Demographic data is included to assist in SMS integration.

To obtain this extract, from the Learners tab:

1. Select the check box to the left of the Learners' name(s) you wish included in the extract.
2. Select Get Extract below the Latest Learner Scale Scores from the Data Engine Extracts panel in the side menu.
3. Select Click here to download the Data Engine Extract.
4. Choose whether to Save or Open the file when prompted.
