Reallocating Assessments to another Learner

On rare occasions, a Learner may have accidentally sat another Learner's Assessment. For example, if Assessment Codes are handed out manually or distributed via a text SMS system, a Learner might accidentally be given another Learner's Assessment Code, and not notice that the name at the top of the Assessment is someone else's.

In these circumstances the Assessment Tool allows you to reallocate the Assessment to another Learner.

From the Learners tab:

1. Select View Details next to the Learner's name who you wish to transfer Assessments from.
2. Choose the Assessment(s) you wish to reallocate by selecting the check boxes to the left of the Assessment name.
3. Select Reallocate selected assessments to another learner in the Manage Assessments panel on the right-hand menu.
4. Select the Learners you wish to reallocate the Assessment to by selecting the check boxes to the left of their names.
5. Select Move assessments to selected Learner.
