Adding Learners to an Assessment

Learners can be added to an Assessment either at the time of creating the Assessment, or at any subsequent date until the Assessment is retired.

Adding Learners at the time of creating an Assessment

1. After having filled in the details of the Assessment, select Add More Learners from the bottom of the page.
2. You will be presented with a page of all of the Groups to which you have access. Here you can add Learners by Group, select Learners from within a Group, make bulk selections, and examine the Learners you have selected. 3. Once you have selected the Learners you wish to add to the Assessment, select the Save Assessment button.

Adding Learners after having created an Assessment

1. View the Assessment Details screen by selecting the Assessment from either the Home or Assessments tabs.
2. If no Learners have been assigned to the Assessment, select the link Add more Learners under the text There are no learners assigned to this Assessment.
3. If Learners have already been assigned to the Assessment, select the link Add More, which appears in the side menu in the Assessment Details panel (next to the number of assigned Learners).
4. You will be presented with a page of all of the Groups to which you have access. Here you can add Learners by Group, select Learners from within a Group, make bulk selections and examine the Learners you have selected. 5. Once you have selected the Learners you wish to add to the Assessment, select the Save button.

Caution: When adding Learners, the Selected tab only shows the Learners that have been selected, not those who have been Added. In order to add these Learners, you must select Save. If you navigate away from the Add Learners to Assessment page without first selecting Save, your selections will be discarded.
